DRE#: 01414239

Liz grew up in Chicago, Illinois and graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in liberal arts.. Her exposure to real estate came at a young age working in her family’s business selling and leasing commercial real estate.

Liz purchased her first home, a loft in Chicago’s redeveloping neighborhood Bucktown. This led  a change in her career path to residential development, sales and marketing. She worked in new emerging markets where she sold luxury, new construction, high-rise condominiums and historic loft conversions.

Liz moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to become the Director of Sales and Marketing for two of the most acclaimed residential loft developments in the downtown Arts District: Toy Factory Lofts and The Biscuit Company Lofts. She successfully marketed and sold 250 units with $100 million in sales.

These projects changed the landscape of the neighborhood and set the tone for future downtown residential development. Liz currently works with clients from Downtown Los Angeles to Santa Monica and everywhere in between, including Hancock Park, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Hollywood Hills, Los  Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades and Venice. Liz has also developed and sold her own luxury homes in Santa Monica, Hollywood, and Hancock Park.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Liz is respected for her hard work, dedication and attention to detail. She works with many repeat clients and former client referrals, which she considers to be the highest form of compliment. Liz serves on the Board of Governors at Cedar Sinai Hospital and enjoys volunteering.
She lives in Sherman Oaks with her husband and teenage kids.
